Research and Destroy!
These classes is geared for aerialists with some experience under their belts. Working with momentum and transitions as the “trick” we will let our bodies ask the questions so we can get out of our heads and go more deeply into our physicality.
We will concentrate on knowing our wraps and where the wraps can lead us to break habits and organize and build sequences more seamlessly. Must be able to invert in the air again and again and execute a clean hip key.
