Ariana AriFairy excited to announce that she is coming to Kansas City all the way from the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Boulder, Colorado to play with you!
This is an hour and a half aerial hoop class consisting of embracing your inner beauty by lifting yourself off the ground and learning basic aerial hoop skills.
Beginning with a short intro of intention setting and confidence building, followed by deep stretch.. the first half hour is preparation for lift off! Followed by 45 minutes of skill building and transition fluency Ariana AriFairy will take you on a magical journey from the heart to the sky with development of skills, strength, and love for aerial hoop! Closing with a cool down of conditioning and stretches ensures a safe, successful practice and a new healthy addiction!
