Vertical Momentum Workshop

Monday, September 24 – 7.00-9.00pm

Special workshop featuring Rain Anya of Paper Doll Militia! This workshop will help you to use momentum to propel you in the silks. With special attention to beats, swings, swivels and drops.

*Students must be comfortable holding weight with engaged shoulders!
